How to custom order KICKS:

Fill out the above form; KicksBySammy accepts Converse, Adidas, Vans, Uggs, you name it... You supply the kicks and price varies depending on the order. The typical turn around time is 1-2 months.  After the order is submitted, you will receive a response within 48 hours to confirm receipt, price, and we will let you know the next step.
