Justice Smith, star of the new Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, rocked his custom KicksBySammy shoes during the film’s 2018 Hawaii press tour. The science fiction sequel is the Jurassic Park series’ fourth installment. Smith’s character, Franklin Webb, plays an integral part of the film’s development, and Smith quickly became a fan-favorite for his fun personality on and off screen. Prior to the release of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, the 22-year-old actor was best known for his roles in the film Paper Towns and Netflix series The Get Down.
In May 2018, Smith’s agent reached out to KicksBySammy in search of a pair of custom Jurassic World shoes to be worn by Smith for publicity and press events.
The final design featured a number of dinosaurs and other iconic images from the Jurassic series, as well as a portrait of Smith’s character, Franklin Webb. The bold, exciting kicks were praised by Smith in a video sent to KicksBySammy. Check out the video here:
